Good ads. Clear boundaries.

These rules apply to featured ads, lower paid listings, their assets and the websites they open.

Live advertising purchases are not open.

These rules are available for review. Checkout is currently unavailable; viewing a price or saving an ad does not take payment.

Version launch-2026-11-04-content-v2-cumulative · Prepared November 4, 2026

Represent your business truthfully

Use a truthful business name, accurate claims and a destination consistent with your ad. You must have permission to use the submitted name, logo, text and other assets. Do not impersonate another business, invent endorsements or hide material conditions of your offer.

Content we do not accept

For regulated or payment-provider-restricted categories, eligibility must be reviewed before payment is allowed. If eligibility is unresolved, the submission stays on hold. Being legal in one place does not itself guarantee acceptance for this service or by its payment provider. Family-friendly content is reviewed under the same applicable rules; we do not treat automated classification as a legal clearance.

Review before payment

Saving a draft keeps it private. Submitting it creates a separate version for review. Approval makes that version eligible for a purchase; it does not reserve a spot, promise acceptance of later edits or endorse your product. We may ask for changes or information needed to review your offer.

Approved artwork stays unchanged as a recorded version. A changed name, logo, message or website needs a new review. You can update a paid listing with another approved version for the same spot without buying your existing total again, whether it is featured or lower in the list. You must also keep the destination safe and consistent after approval.

Ads stay identifiable

Native signs, cards and paid directory entries remain labelled as advertising. Do not imitate game controls, system notices or consent prompts. Ad destination links, getting a spot and reporting an ad are separate deliberate actions. Placement selection does not authorize player profiling or behavioral targeting.

Reports, urgent removal and appeals

Players can use “Report ad” on a card or in the game’s ad-details panel. A report requests review; its count does not automatically remove an ad. Do not include personal information in a report.

We may pause or remove suspected harmful content while investigating. We provide a reason and a way to appeal when appropriate, unless doing so would compromise security or a legal obligation. Use the contact form to appeal, identify the ad and explain why the decision should be reviewed.

A verified advertiser violation or voluntary withdrawal does not trigger an automatic refund. A mistaken removal of a compliant ad follows the full-refund and restoration rules in the purchase policy. Your mandatory rights still apply.

Seller and support

Site brand: Plot of Fun. Seller: Matthew Heiting. Operating location: Thousand Oaks, California, United States.

For an ad question, removal appeal, withdrawal request or payment issue, use the contact form. Include your ad name, the affected spot and any receipt reference. Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents through the form. We may need to verify that you own the advertiser account before changing an ad or payment.

Your mandatory legal rights still apply. These rules do not waive rights that cannot be excluded.
