A clear deal for your ad.
Build your total for a spot. Pay only the increase. Stay listed when someone moves above you.
These rules are available for review. Checkout is currently unavailable; viewing a price or saving an ad does not take payment.
Version launch-2026-11-04-purchase-v2-cumulative · Prepared November 4, 2026
What you’re buying
Each named advertising spot has its own paid ranking. Your successful contributions for that spot add together. The highest eligible total gets its featured card or game placement; other eligible paid ads remain in that spot’s directory below the games. One advertiser account has one paid listing per spot. Totals do not transfer between spots or accounts.
Checkout shows your existing total, the additional amount charged, the resulting total and the target rank. You pay only the increase, not your existing total again. Approval and a quote do not reserve a rank. We confirm payment and assignment before recording a successful purchase.
Unused homepage spots start at $2.00 and unused game spots start at $1.00. Each move above another total requires at least $1.00 more than that total. A current leader can add at least $1.00 to strengthen their lead. For example, with $10 already paid here, reaching a $12 total costs $2 more. There is no separate fee for a failed purchase attempt and no per-view charge.
No fixed display period
The featured position follows the highest eligible paid total. If another advertiser moves above you, your ad moves down the same spot’s paid list. It stays listed while this service operates, your ad and destination remain compliant, and you have not withdrawn it. Payment reversals and refunds can reduce your total and change your rank. There are no weekly resets, ad rotation or scheduled listing expiry.
Your successful payments remain spent when you are outbid, even if that happens quickly. They remain part of your total for this spot; they do not become refundable money, reusable credit or a wallet. No time at rank #1, minimum visibility, number of views, clicks or sales is guaranteed. A quote’s expiry limits the transaction, not your ad’s term.
Pages refresh their advertising inventory periodically. A game already underway may retain its matched artwork until a new round starts so that ads do not change the puzzle or interrupt gameplay. Replacement updates the featured ranking; an existing round’s artwork does not extend that rank or prevent another purchase.
If a purchase cannot assign the quoted rank
If the quote expires or the relevant ranking changes before capture, we do not capture the payment. If payment is captured but the exact quoted assignment fails, we fully refund that purchase through the original payment provider. We do not deduct processing fees. A refund in progress is shown as pending until the provider confirms completion.
Our mistake or an unrecoverable service failure
If we remove a compliant paid listing because of our mistake, discontinue its promised position or listing, or cannot restore its delivery after our service fails, we fully refund the affected successful contributions. We absorb the original processing cost. Each contribution is refunded through its original purchase; a listing funded by several purchases may have several refund records.
For a temporary problem we can correct, we stop new purchases where delivery is affected and restore the eligible ad at its rightful rank. If restoration is not possible, the full-refund rule applies. There is no automatic daily proration or fixed ad term. Simply losing the featured position while your compliant ad remains listed is not a service failure.
Content violations, withdrawal and appeals
Ads and their destinations must follow the content and review rules. A verified advertiser violation, false claim of rights or unsafe destination can lead to removal. There is no automatic refund for a verified violation, subject to case review and your mandatory rights.
You can ask us to withdraw your own ad. Voluntary withdrawal does not automatically refund successful contributions or create credit. Withdrawing your listing can change the remaining eligible rankings.
You can appeal a removal through the contact form. If we find that the ad was compliant and we made a mistake, we restore its eligible listing and determine its rank from the valid paid totals. Otherwise we fully refund the affected contributions. An appeal does not promise a particular rank.
Payment problems and records
If the provider reverses or refunds a payment, or reports a payment problem, we check the provider’s records. A refunded or reversed contribution no longer counts toward its listing’s total. Other valid contributions remain separate, and the remaining eligible totals are ranked again. We keep purchase and review history and show each confirmed payment or refund status; a receipt’s original total is a historical snapshot, not a promise of today’s rank.
Sandbox testing uses test funds. Historical purchases retain their original amounts, recorded purchase model and acknowledgement; these rules do not turn a test purchase into real money or rewrite an earlier receipt. New cumulative purchases record the applicable policy versions and acceptance time. The seller identity, actual payment and resulting ranking total appear before approval.
